- Working women generally aged 18–35
- Students may be considered in exceptional circumstances
- Preference may be given to women from outside Mumbai and lower-income backgrounds
- Applicants are generally unmarried; exceptional cases may be considered
- Online jobs and shift duties are not eligible under the current guidelines
- Maximum stay is three consecutive years, subject to annual renewal
- Dormitory accommodation is restricted to the stated salary criterion

At admission
- Admission fee: ₹3,000
- Maintenance: ₹2,000 one-time, non-refundable
- Security deposit: ₹10,000, refundable subject to terms
- One month’s room rent
Ongoing
- Monthly room rent and electricity
- Mess charges plus applicable GST
- Monthly payment due by the 10th
- Annual renewal fee: ₹2,000
